This service is provided by the Embassy for those who need to legalize Canadian documents to be used in Indonesia.

The Embassy of the Republic Indonesia (Consular Section) will legalize a document(s) only after the Department of Foreign Affairs Canada and International Traade in Ottawa has authenticated the document(s).

After the document(s) has been authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada in Ottawa, then the Embassy will legalize the document(s).

Please attach a covering letter from the Canadian Company, informing us with the name and address of the Indonesian company that is requesting the document(s).

Legalization fee is C$30.00 for each document in the form of a money order only, payable to the Embassy of Indonesia.

Please provide us with a return pre-paid envelop from Canada Post (Xpresspost) or Courier Service (FedEx or Purolator). Please submit the waybill completed in full.

Allow the Consular Section 4 (four) business days to process the legalization.
